1. Processing Time
All SYMOTA products are custom-made to order. Once you place an order, please allow 2-5 business days for processing and printing before your item ships. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Time & Costs
We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time, but we look forward to expanding our shipping options soon!
• U.S. Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after processing.
• Shipping Costs: Free for all U.S. orders.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress. If you don’t receive tracking details, please reach out to us at [Your Email Address].
4. Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we strive for timely delivery, SYMOTA is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
5. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
